WebEdit allows a group of people to edit text files with their Web browsers. This works very well for transcribing a book or any other project that requires multiple people having access to the same set of files. Everyone who is signed up for a project, can view each other's files and if appropriate correct each other's work. Access to each project is restricted, so only the appropriate people have access.

Currently, this is only being used to edit TXT files, but could be used to edit HTML or any other type of ASCII text files. We can also make project-specific modifications to WebEdit as needed.
